LAZER FITTNESS – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At LAZER FITTNESS, we value your commitment to health and wellness. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policies apply to all services, including personal training, group fitness classes, and health & nutrition coaching.
Refund Policy
- Clients are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that no sessions, classes, or coaching services have been used during that period.
- If any portion of a service has been used (e.g., one personal training session, a class attended, or a nutrition meeting completed), that portion is non-refundable.
- After seven (7) days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Personal Training & Coaching
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in full session rate being charged.
- Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice counts as a missed appointment and will be charged in full.
- If notice of lateness is given, the session may continue for the remaining scheduled time, at the trainer’s discretion.
Group Fitness Classes
- Class fees are non-refundable once the class has started.
- Missed classes cannot be credited, transferred, or refunded.
- If a class is cancelled by LAZER FITNESS (e.g., instructor illness, emergency, or severe weather), participants will be credited or offered an alternative session.
Packages & Programs
- Packages (e.g., 5 or 10 session bundles) are valid for six (6) months from purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Nutrition programs and workshops are refundable within seven (7) days if unused. Once the first session or class has been completed, the program is non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
Refunds or credits outside of these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies or other serious circumstances, with appropriate documentation.
